after effects keeps closing on its own NOT A CRASH

My after effects keeps closing randomly and its not like "crashes" cuz the crash page does'nt show up it js rendomly asks me if i want to save before closing before closing the program i didnt have this problem before it only started a few days ago and i havent been able to edit for longer than 5 minutes cuz of it ... my storage seems to be fine cos i still have a lot of it so whats going on!! thank you in advance .......

Sorry to hear about the issue. I am not sure if it's a crash as it shows the save dialogue box. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) and the version of After Effects you're using? Is there a specific action/command that causes this? Could you record your screen while the issue happens and share it here so that we can understand the issue better?
