After Effects keeps playing on loop the first seconds of one particular audio file

When I try to preview with sound or play an audio file After Effects keeps playin on loop the first seconds one particular audio file I importerd once to a project. Even in other projects that do not include or use that specific file.

I tired clearing the cache and I checked to see if the audio files where corrupted but VLC plays it fine.

Nothing works, this is really weird.

Im running After Effects 17.0 on Windows 10
(17.0.1 has this bug when using rotobrush that basicly renders the update useless so updating is not an option)

edit: I tried restarting g my PC but that didnt work either

edit 2: re-installed AfEf, keeps happening but now I get an error 83 :: 2 when I close the program.
