After Effects last version Freezes every 5 seconds

I've never had this type of issue before and I'm going nuts. I can't advance in a project because everytime I try to preview the last 5 seconds of the composition After Effects doesn't respond and it freezes my pc, when I enter the task manager it shows spikes in the gpu, and sometimes the disk.

System info:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x

GPU: Radeon RX 580 8GB

RAM: 32 GB 3200MHZ

MAIN DISK: SSD NVME 500GB

That actually made the trick, but I noticed it somehow was this project alone that had this issue...weird.

EZ solution: Open the Creative Cloud app and roll back AE to the previous version.

And don't just update your graphics drivers as recommended by Mylenium, make sure your operating system and After Effects are up to date as well.

First thing I tried of course, but nothing. I tried disabling hardware accelaration, resetting preferences, deleting mediacore, my graphic cards drivers are up to date and after effect version is the last one (23.0)
