Podrías probar desabilitando la aceleración de hardware desde las preferencias en la pestaña Display, suele funcionar.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you share more details? What version of After Effects are you using? Is this issue happening with all media files or only with this AI file? If it is only this AI file, please make sure it is an RGB document.
