after effects Mac crash report

hi everyone, everytime i'm editing, my after effects 2024 crashes. It says there has been a mistake and i have to fill in a report. it's totally random because sometimes i can stay on for 5 minutes and sometime it crashes in 1 minute. i already entered in safe mode and deleted all my plugins but it still doesn't work.  i use a macOS with ventura 13.6.3.   3,4ghz quad-core intel core i5 processor and Radeon Pro 570 4GB with 8GB of RAM which should be just fine for what i'm trying to do. i already tries restarting and updating my computer. please help me. I've payed a lot and it doesn't work..

    Hi,

    8GB of RAM doesn't meet After Effects minimum system requierements. After Effects requires a minimum of 16GB of RAM.

    thanks for your reply, although i've been able to edit on this computer for three years with no problems so i don't think its because of the RAM. it's a very small project and i've been able to make huge projects on here as well.

    Thanks for sharing the details sorry for the crash.

    Does it happen with all the projects or this particular one? It could be the system resources because it doesn't meet the minimum system requirements. Can you create a new project with a few text and solid layers and see if that causes the crash? Also, provide your email ID to the crash reporter and submit it.
