After effects motion track outline

Hi, I'm absolutely new to AE having used premier pro for several years. I've learned how to motion track a call out title but I want to motion track the outline of a site for example and also animate the line as it goes round the outline of the site. I use a lot of drone footage for real estate videos and construction sites etc. Please help as there are so many tutorials that nearly show me how but not quite.

    The most efficient technique depends entirely on the shot. The options are stabilized corner pin using Mocha AE, Corner Pin and CC Power pin, Motion tracking in AE, Motion stabilizing, adding the graphics, then putting the motion back in the shot and adding it to the graphics using a few expressions and a null + parenting, there is Camera Tracking.  There is also a 3rd-party effect/script called Lockdown that can be very good for some shots.
