After Effects - Multi clip footage masking and motion tracking problem

Hi folks, pretty new to After Effects (usually edit in Prem pro) so need help id possible?

Basically as a proof of concept for a longer video, I need to place the head from clip 1 onto the skeleton in clip 2.

So far have managed to rotoscope the head in clip 1, and motion track the dots on the head of the sheleton in clip 2.

If someone could give a step by step guide relevan to the latest edition of AE, that would be great. AS you know out there there's loads of advice but I can't find anything up to date or specific for thsi problem.
