After Effects | My images not showing up on my composition

My english skill is bad buat understand what you're saying

HELP ME, IT'S URGENT CAUSE THIS WAS MY ASSIGNMENTS 
i did put new composition and already put images, transform, effects BUT when i open this file ( i did save every time), all my images suddenly disappeared and files still inside composition.....
