After Effects not loading (URGENT)

Dear community,

I urgently need to use After Effects for a project to hand soon, yet my After Effects now fails to load. I have repaired my Creative Cloud, and have tried uninstall and re-install, as well as installing older versions, but nothing results...

It is urgent I get this resolved. I get more and more loading issues (with the latest versions). 

Please help?
