After Effects not oppening

Hello,

When I try to open Adobe After Effects, I get a normal startup (with the launch image), but once the startup is finished and the app opens, it just freezes and shows this screen:

I tried opening a project previously created or just AE itself, but same problem.

Any suggestions?

Problem solved, I restarted my pc and AE now opens normally.

Try to reset preferences, as follow -

  • Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching Premiere Pro. You can release the Alt key or Option key when the splash screen appears.

I supposed you meant After Effects?

Same thing happens, I don't get the startup image but AE still ends up like this:
