After Effects not saving on new Mac studio (OS Monterey 12.5)

Can someone please help this is driving me insane. I bought a new mac M1 Max studio recently (OS Monteray12.5) specifically so I can use adobe software, and in particular After Effects. But ever since I set it up ive had trouble saving my work, which means I end up losing what ive worked on. I always have to get an adobe employee to sort out the problem but eventually, usually by the next day the problem always returns. Ive already had to do a complete clean and reinstall software procedure that took over 4 hours to do and now im being told the cache files needs deleting every 2 weeks or so. But this cant just be the problem because we deleted the cache file only yesterday and its already started happening again. I dont know what to do next, im really getting  stressed out because it keeps happening and its deterring me from using the software?.
