After Effects not starting at all after recent update (tried reinstalling, older versions too)

For the past few days, Adobe After Effects on my PC won’t start at all. This happened after the latest update. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and even tested with an older version, but nothing helped. It just shows this message:
