i have istalled the latest update , and after effects is not working" intilizing medicore" . the system i have is 16 GB ram and 64 bit. whats wrong?

Yes, by all means check for a driver update. Your driver is from 2016, which is five years out of date! You may need to manually scour the intel web site, as Windows may tell you that it can't find a newer driver.
