After Effects not working after Windows 10 update.

Hello Users,

after updating Windows 10 this morning, After Effects is not working anymore. It starts and opens, but I cannot click on anything. Reinstalling didnt help. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Thanks for testing. Please check if you are able to install any dot version of After Effects 2018 in Creative Cloud using the same steps: Install previous version of your Creative Cloud app

thanks for your help. I guess I found out what the Problem is: My HDD had not enought free space...after cleaning up some it now works again. Thanks you again!!

Sorry for the trouble. Just for a test, install a previous version of After Effects & check the status. Here are the steps: Install previous version of your Creative Cloud app
