After Effects on Galaxy Book Go?

My son wants to use after effects for editing. Can it be used on a galaxy book go? He downloaded it but it won't run or open.

I'm not familiar with that device, but... from what I could gather on Samsung's website, it's simply too weak. Additionally, the CPU is based on ARM and After Effects does not run on Windows computers with ARM architecture-based processors yet (see Help page).
