After Effects on my laptop keeps freezing

MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2019 (macOS Ventura)After Effect 23.6- 2,6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7- AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GBIntel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB- 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 After Effects 2023 keeps freezing after a few minutes while working on a project. I didn't do any animation. Freezing cases can happen at any time, for example when I make a retangle, or when I leave it for a long time then I try to play the timeline, sometimes it can freeze.I've tried resetting preferences, but it doesn't work.I have also tried to remove third party plug-ins. I have tried various versions, 23.6. 23.0. 23.1.all the results are the same, the freeze error is always there, it's just a difference in time. but the worst is in version 23.6. what do I have to do?I have to force my computer to shut down, if this continues, my computer will be damaged.please provide a solution.thx.
