After Effects Play and Preview Issues

I am working in the latest version of after affects and cannot play or preview any of my compositions. I have tried clearing the cache (multiple times) checking preview display, checked GPU compatibility and restarted my computer. Nothing seems to work. 

Nothing seems to show up whatever I do. Anyone have any potential solutions?
