After Effects plugins folder not in Adobe folder?

I'm hoping someone may be able to help.

 

I would like to install plugins into the UI Scripts folder:

 

Program Files/Adobe/Adobe After Effects #/..    ../Support Files/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels

 

However there is no After Effects 2020 folder? How can I install the plugin?

 

Any help will be appreciated!

Firstly, look at this --> https://helpx.adobe.com/tr/after-effects/using/plug-ins.html

ScriptUI Panels folder for the Scripts, not Plugins. 

If you can't find the AE folder, i suggest you right-click to the shortcut and "Open File Location".
