Hey, I dont know if anyone else has this problem with AE 2018 but i can only see the real colors of the video if I preview in full. For example:

Most time issue, like this can be related to GPU, so be sure you have the latest update for your GPU driver , and some it can be related to the video it self and the codec used with this video, so if you only have issue with this video, the easy way is to convert the video using adobe media encoder.

from the info of your video it look like it's H264 .MOV so i think it's better to convert your video to h264 .MP4
