After Effects preview not working | whole preview panel go to jag

My adobe After Effects "preview" panel is in trable, it's jagged like that image.

I had tried change it's viewere quality and resolution parameter into another values (faster / quarter),

but it was still not working.

I am begginer of After Effects so actually I don't know it is normal or error of some sort.

Anyone have ideas for this issue ?

My pc is macbook pro 2019 (16 inch), so I supporse to it's not gpu or cpu problem...

Additional info.

Sorry, I forgot saying that this problem is occured only when its scale is less than 12.5%.

While more than 25%, it will work normaly.
