after effects preview screen plays only sound no video moving

Hi there
it was working normally but suddenly every time I play the timeline to preview i only hear the sound but the video is freezed, I cleared the cache checked my settings and reinstalled after effects 
my PC  i7 12700H 40GB Ram  RTX 3070 and using after effects 2024

    Welcoem to the community, anasskadry.

    Try this, go to the Preview panel and make sure the Eye icon is highlighted. Refer to the screenshot.
