After effects preview window black. Does anyone know a solution to this?

I'm having trouble with my project in After Effects. The preview of my video, "MS dag video," is completely black when I open the project. I can hear the audio when I play it, but there's no visual. I'm pretty new to After Effects, so I’m not sure if this is a common beginner mistake or something more complex.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far, but nothing has worked:

Updated Windows
Updated my graphics drivers
Updated After Effects

Specs

After effects V25.01
Windows 11

Does anyone have any other ideas on what could be causing this? Could it be a settings issue or something with my project file?

Would you check your graphic card you have used? Does it meet the system requirements? Have you already updated the driver? https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/system-requirements.html
