after effects render got stuck at the certain point

hi im searching for help. so i use after effects cc20. when i try to render my 8sec project, it got stuck  at the certain point. so i try to render in adobe media encoder but its still got stuck. and then i restart my laptop and do the same and still got stuck at some certain point.. idk how to fix this thing and its been a week already &#128557;

Without specific info on the project, render settings, your computer and so on we can't tell you much. If it always bombs out at the same point it stands to reason that at the given point something unusual is happening. Perhaps a footage is damaged, perhaps a specific effect kicks in and fails. Impossible to know, really, but start checking the things I mentioned. Anything more will require better information.
