After Effects render only rendering quarter of screen

Question

Hi, when I try to render with both Media Encoder CC 2019 and the built-in render queue both render a quarter of the screen except for the parts where I don't use plugins like Pixel Sorter, RSMB, etc. I can see it fully on the RAM preview just fine, however. (for whatever reason though, a full RAM preview will just go blank instead of playing, but I can see still frames of the comp)

Files I'm working with (tried to make it a mp4 first then a mov): File sharing and storage made simple

If anyone else can get it to work or tell me how to that would be a miracle.

I don't have time to dig into your files but there's a good chance this is just user error. Screenshots of the comp, flowchart, and render settings would help. If you have 3D layers and are previewing anything other than the Active Camera panel that's probably your problem. BTW, a Zip file is usually preferred to a RAR.
