After Effects Rendering

I can't for the life of me get Media Encoder or the render queue to render a 45 second clip. It has three layer. One of which has the offset effect on with keyframes shifting a jpeg for the entirety of the 45 seconds. The other two layers have a wiggle expression on them. That's it! Size of the canvas is 1280x1280. I'm on an M1 with the latest update of After Effects and Media Encoder. Of course I have to have this video in H.264. Every time I try to render this very short and simple video it ends up saying it's gonna take 19+ hours. Insane. I've had this probalem with After Effects since I got the Adobe Suite many years ago. The other problem here is that I need to render the 30 minute version as well. It's just a loop. It shouldn't take this long. I've even uninstalled and downloaded the apps. I've resterted my computer. Nothing.

This is a known issue, but no solution has come up yet. Try to render a ProRes clip or similar directly from AE and encode it in a second pass in AME. Other than the usual steps apply: Turn off multiframe rendering in AE, check the hardware acceleration settings in both apps, clean out the caches.
