After Effects rendering issue

I have a problem. I've made an After Effects composition which lasts for 5 minutes and 12 seconds and rendered it in 1080p MP4 file. But approximately at 0:03 there is a stutter, and it seems that an audio spectrum doesn't match my mashup too. I uploaded this video on YouTube as unlisted for somebody to help me:

For me look like you make something wrong inside the composition where you place your audio file, so can you post a screenshot show us your composition and audio track ?

Yes, I can.

But I don't know how to attach an audio file here.

AE seems to have trouble with mp3 files in general - better convert this to WAV with Media Encoder.

If there is still the stutter, check the audio file before and after importing it to AE. You can also press LL so see the waveform.
