After Effects rendering question - beginner level

Hi folks, 

I am new to Aftrer Effects and this community. I recently started playing with After Effects. I have downloaded text templates from motion array and this is the second time i am editing one. 

Previously i managed to export my editted text with transparent background using apple proRes 4444 XQ with alpha succesfully although it took me a long time. Now i am trying to edit some title sequences also from motion array. 

I have changed the text but when i render i get a short quick video with nothing but a black screen. I have used render queue and media encoder with the same results. 

Could this relate to my cahce not being big enough.
