After Effects, Screen Blend Mode and PNG sequence

So the title says it all. I have a project with plugins that use several layers with SCREEN MODE to get the desired effects. Everthing is perfect, renders perfect, video is perfect.... except now a short PNG sequence has been requested to use elsewhere and of course the screen mode layers won't properly render without the backgrounds. 

Is there a work around or solution i am oblivious to?
