After Effects Screen Capture Flicker

Hi everyone,

I'm in the middle of a project at work and I've used a screen capture software (Both Windows 10 built in one and Bandicam) to capture navigating around a website and the footage works absolutely fine in Premiere Pro and plays perfect after that initial export from that programme but as soon as I drag it into my After Effects timeline it starts flickering.

Strangely its not the video thats housed on the site I'm capturing but the background to the website itself.

Any help would be greately appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out.

Are you using After Effects on macOS or Windows? What is the format/codec of the video file that you exported from Premiere Pro? Also, is it the After Effects that flickers or the video? Please share a screen recording of the issue so that we can understand it better.
