After Effects shows blank instead of my VIDEO. No problem with jpeg or other purchased assets

I learned Premiere before After effects and the import will not reveal MP4 video. Instead its black. Audio is working.

I tried to open the file in Windows media player and it looks like corrupt file. Thanks for responce!
