After Effects specific file does not open

Question

Hi Adobe Community, when I try to open an specific After Effects file it stops at 44% an then pops a window to Save a Copy, and when I save AFTER EFFECTS closes. The copy that is saved does not open, the orginal file does not open. I tried to import the original file on new AE document. I tried to use previows version of the software, tried to update drivers. I think the problem might be because the name of the AE file has this character: @.
I have attached a picture of the exact moment when the program forces me to save a copy and then closes.
What can I do to open this file, is a work file so I cant lose this file. Hope you can help me.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
