After Effects start screen takes a long time to open

I have installed same AE version on my macOS El capitan and I have no issues on mac. But in windows 10 pro, AE Application open quick but start screen takes a long time to show. how can I fix this issue. this is a problem with Windows or Adobe?

Do you have an SSD on your Windows machine? I've found that makes start times much quicker.
