After Effects started running much slower after the last update

After the last update yesterday, 03.12.2024, After Effects started to work drastically slower. When I try to do something in the program, it's almost unmanageable how slow it works, while yesterday before the update it worked normally.

I'm wondering if I'm the only one having this problem.

At the moment, I restarted the whole system on windows, bought a new SSD and tried various ways, but it still works too slowly.
