After effects sticks to the top of the screen.

I can't use after effects because the program is attached to the top of the screen and can't be moved.

I need a solution to this problem as soon as possible, I have a project that needs to be published soon.

I made a Screen-recording, after effcts cant move window.mp4

PS:I did the 7 test days, everything was great and today when I bought it, the program makes such difficulties, I hope I get that lost day back from them!

Try to delete your AE Preferences. You can do it by holding COMMAND+ALT+SHIFT just before launching After Effects. This way, AE should show a window asking you to delete the preference file.

Also, you can download Digital Rebellion's Preference Manager, an app that lets you delete the Prefs for the main video and audio apps for Mac.
