After Effects stuck at "Initializing Required Components"

Hi there

I had already install Adobe Creative Cloud , When i start After Effects it's freeze on starting screen as the below image, my PC Spec.

CPU Core I9 9980

RAM 64 GB

VGA RTX 2080

Please I need urgent help 😣
