After Effects suddenly closed, without warning

Hello,

My problem is that After Effects is closed, many times, without warning.

I noticed that this happens to me when I import files of heavy or non-compatible formats. Is it normal for it to close suddenly, without any warning? What could be the reason?

That's how I can not work! Please help me.

As ToolfarmJP​ say's almost it's a RAM issue try to restart your PC and Run AE only and then try to import same file and see if this can help you.

Hello,

If your files are heavy, the cause may be the size of the memory. How many RAMs do you equip in your PC?
