After effects to media encoder

Hi im having a problem trying to render what i did on after effects to mp4 through media encoder.

When i try to add to queue i get an error saying "aegp plugin aedynamiclinkserver adobe media encoder is not installed ..."

which is not correct i have installed and uninstalled over and over again the media encoder but nothing seems to work.

need your help please
