After effects too slow on Macbook Pro M1 MAX

"After Effects" with MAC M processors is impossible. It is very slow, in HD-only projects, even writing text is not fluid. Previously I worked with Windows and everything was much faster.

The rest of the ADOBE applications (Photoshop, Premiere...) work very well, the problem is only with After Effects.

    That's not ideal.

    Could you elaborate more on the issue? Does it happen in a particular project? Do you see an error message? Are you able to reproduce the issue in a new project? Please share a screen recording of the issue that shows the problem.

    thanks for the reply, 
    I attach a video that is from a 1080x1920 (HD) project.
    In the video I select the text layer, I place myself over the text to add the word "test",
     I write it and it takes a while to appear. I also show how I select a layer on the timeline
     and it doesn't move fluidly or continuously.
    This problem happens to me in all projects, and they are basically
    text and 2D graphic images, there is nothing else.
    Occurs in compositions with many layers.

    Thanks for sharing the screen recording and details. I see the issue. In which version of After Effects this project was created? Please try the following:

    1. Import your project into a new project and test.
    2. Change the font you're working with and see if that helps.
