After Effects Tutorial Not Loading

Is any one eles having a problem getting the Tutorials on After Effects to load? I was able to do one of the tutorials where it takes you step by step but now they wont launch no matter how long I wait. Any one have any sugestions on a fix or what the problem may be?

What's the version of After Effects you're using? Is it just one tutorial that's not loading or any tutorial? Try resetting the preferences. Here's how: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-p/10634342

Without any system info we can't really tell you much. Start by signing out of your CC app and sign in again. Also clear the respective temp folders and caches inside the various Adobe folders. Anything more will require more details.
