I resolve the problem:

in the directory / Users / BARRACUDA / Library / Preferences / Adobe / After Effects, I found 2 folders:

1 - 10.0 (old version)

2 - 15.0 (new version)

I deleted old folder and After Effects is started.

Thanks

B.

Set the entire Adobe preferences folder and its contents to be read/write, not just read-only. I’m referring to this folder:

Mac OS: [drive]/Users/[user_name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe/

Windows: [drive]Users[user_name]AppDataRoamingAdobe

Try to open the application by right-click > Run as Administrator.

The user permission are standard (whit personal password as is usually used on every computer)...

for security I removed every password access .. now my computer is without any password to access .. but the problem persists.
