After Effects V 22.0 Cannot Parent One Layer to Another?

I'm trying to parent two lights to a Null object in my composition. I don't see the controls for parenting a layer to another. Is it no longer there?

Shift + F4 will reveal the Parent/Link column. You can also right click in the colums row in the timeline and manually selecct that column.

Hi. Try right clicking where it says "Source Name" then select Columns and check that Parent is selected.
