I am checking on this question - I have heard internally there are sometime points in time that are too early to be able to submit a crash log, but playing with fonts is much, much later than that.

Unfortunately, the After Effects doesn't even start. I have no opportunity
to submit the crash report because it doesn't allow me to do so.

Can I get the full information about the crash report without After Effect
starting?

Unfortunately that crash information is incomplete and not useful to determine the point of the problem.

 

Did you submit a crash report? That is always the best way to ensure we can get as much information as possible to diagnose.

 

If you did, please be sure to specify your email (and send it to to me via a forum private message) so we can figure out which crash it was and circle back to you if we find something interesting.
