I renderd my project in after effects v22.4 on my old MacBook Pro 2018 intel core i7, It took time : 34 Min, 40 Sec

I renderd same project in after effects v22.5 apple silicon on my new Mac Studio Ultra, It took time : 2 Hr, 41 Min

How is that ?

Where is the problem ?

I am experiencing the exact same thing. I also have v22.5 and am using a Mac Studio Ultra. I too can post times if that helps, but there something seriously wrong. My 2015 imac can scrub and render the file way faster. No missing third party plugins or other issues that should be hanging it up.

It also lags quite heavily when I try to edit any text in a text box etc.. I have to scrub the timeline or move a frame forward or back to get it to update. PLEASE HELP

Not sure what could cause this. Are there any third-party plug-ins used in the project? Which effects are being used? Is it a template project? In which version of After Effects, this project was created?

I used just dafault effects
I created the project and I was working on it without problems on the old Mac
When I bought the new Mac Studio and tried the Renderer on it, I found these results appeared

Now I'm confused
Is Mac Studio the reason?
Or is it Adobe incompatibility?
Noting that Adobe Premiere works with excellent efficiency and smoothness
