After effects: Varios de los atajos del teclado de panel (los verdes) no funcionan.

Question

Los atajos del teclado verdes (Los panel shortcuts) no funcionan. Dejaron de funcionar después de instalar una extension (keystone 2) de una página desconocida. Ahora, se produce un error cada vez que se cierra el programa. Ya volvi a instalar after effects, borre la extensión y reinicié las preferencias, pero sigue produciendo un error. Ayuda, por favor.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
