After Effects Vector Blurs

Question

Good Day Everyone,

I'm currently creating an animation but have encountered some issues with blurred out vectors whenever i start scaling them. This only happens when I toggle the collapsed transformation option, but if I dont toggle it on, my animation will look REALLY blurry so I need the function. I have attached a photo down below about what I'm talking. Thank you in advance to anyone who responded to this post! Your help is much appreciated!

Looks like motion blur, so simply turn it off in the layer switches. you may want to read the online help on such basics. For anything beyond that soem actual info is required, as @Warren Heaton10841144 already said. You have not offered any details about the actual project settings and timeline options used.
