Question

After Effects Version 25.5.0 keeps crashing

It's so frustrating. After Effects keeps crashing. I'm working with  computer

Puget-252003-5

Intel(r) Core (tm) i9-14900k 3.20GHZ

64-BIT OPERATING SYSTEM, X64-BASED PROCESSOR

 

STORAGE 8.38 TB

GRAPHICS CARD 24GB

INSTALLED RAM 128

 

I always get a error message to work in safe mode. manage 3rd party plugins. I'm working with a envato template. Sometimes i work fine all day then next day i have 20 crashes. I put in my email and send report to adobe but nothing happens. Anybody have any ideas?

Hi Laz,

 

Sorry to hear about the crash. Does it crash if you work on a new project instead of the template? Could you share the email via DM that you provided to the crash reporter so I can locate the crash report and attempt to investigate?

It crashes while working on any project. Template or No Template. The email I submit is

Thanks for getting back. I've noted your email id and removed it from your comment, as it is not the best practice to share personal info publicly. I am reaching out to devs to get some help with the crash reports. I'll get back to you as soon as I've an update.
