Can I have two separate programs of different after effects for example can i have cs6 and cc2020 as 2 different programs

The programs are technically independent with the only provision being that they need to be installed in the right order - older versions need to be installed first to prevent compatibility issues when nevwer versions update shared files.

Like if I have cc2020 as a program on my desktop can I install cs6 without it changing my 2020 version on my desktop
