After Effects Video Editor plugin

So I recently bought ae 2023 thinking it would be easier to access everything this way instead of just trying to download a later version or risk my mac getting a virus. Well I bought ae and the effects are limited so I tried downloading and installing a plugin. I tried installing the sapphire plug in, and it completely uploaded but when I go to open my After Effects, it instaly pops up a message that says " The following plugins are installed, but not yet compatiable with this version of After Effects. They will show as missing in existing projects and cannot be applied. To run Aftter Effects in a compatible mode, chose get info in the apllication context menu and enable open using rosetta"

I have no idea how to get these to work nor can I find the get more infor button.
