After Effects vs AE Beta on M1

Hi I'm still updating dialey and using AE Beta.  Does anyone know if Native AE 24.0 that came out this year is as good and as fast as AE Beta on M1?  I haven't switched back to AE yet as I've been unsure if it has become fully M1 friendly?  thanks.

Correct answer Rick Gerard

For most things, the beta is faster. I did have an issue with camera lens blur when used in a MOGRT made with the beta app when trying to render the final edit in Premiere Pro, but opening the AEP from the beta app in AE 24 and saving the MOGRT again solved the problem in Premier Pro.

That's the only issue I have seen, but most of my work in the last few weeks has been on the latest build of AE because I'm creating motion graphics as MOGRTs for a production company in Texas, and they are all on the latest release.

Both the 24 and 24 beta work fine on M1 and M2 chips. I've been running both for months.
