After Effects want more RAM now compared to before

Recently, After Effects seems to want an demand more RAM from my PC whereas before I would be able to do the work I needed to do and even sometimes more advanced ones without a hitch but now even a small animation seems to not work. Before my CPU upgrade, I was even able to have a couple tabs on FireFox playing but now even with everything turned off it seems to struggle immensely and introduce a lot of lag spikes

I recently upgrade my CPU from the Ryzen 3600 to a 5700X while keeping my 32gb RAM and RTX 3060 while also made the jump from Windows 10 to 11. I never had this kind of issue before and I was wondering why does After Effects wants more now compared to before when I clearly made an objectively good upgrade for the sake of performance
